The final segment documents the grand opening of Shingle Creek Commons, a senior housing development in the northwest corner of Minneapolis partly funded by NRP contributions from the surrounding neighborhoods.

NRP Affordable Housing funds provided one million dollars to help build Phase II of the Jeremiah Project, a second building for an assisted living program that works with single mothers and their children. Episode #68 features a segment on the groundbreaking for that building. Also included are segments about the groundbreaking for a new Pierre Bottineau library in Northeast Minneapolis, on the Longfellow Street Fest, the Greenway Parade of Arts, and the grand opening for rehabilitated historic restrooms at Lake Harriet, a project called "Spiff the Biffs."
